As members of the medical team, the social services department provides assessment and resource interventions to enrich the quality of lives of the residents in the Haddington and Broad Street Health Centers communities. Through short term crises intervention, education, resource referrals, case management and advocacy, our commitment is to empower the patient and family’s ability to cope with the impact of medical and social challenges.
